Marketing training for companies

Managing a marketing team in a company is no easy task, and sometimes, you might require outside assistance.

Such help will bring in new knowledge or only repackage what your employees already know, though haven’t been presented in a well-organized format. Lectures by an outside associate might be exactly what your team needs. Of course, colleagues from other departments that affect marketing operations, e.g. purchasing, product categories, sales, IT etc. are also invited to partake in the lectures, when and if needed.

What’s the training process?

We start with the theory necessary to properly understand individual areas, then continue with the practical portion to demonstrate the possible issues and improvements in the projects that you have already completed. Finally, if necessary, we conclude with a practical workshop to delve deeper into the activities that we’ve already discussed in scope of the training.

Workshops are always prepared in line with the needs of the company and based on examples relevant to the company and its industry. This way, participants can get a firm grip on the information provided and directly use them in their efforts. Often, we’ll arrange a follow-up meeting a month or so after the training to check how what has been discussed is being implemented in practice.
